Terms of Service
In effect from 21 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of worldsbiggestdick.lol (“we”, “us”). Placing a bid means you accept them. If you do not, do not bid.
What this is
worldsbiggestdick.lol is a novelty leaderboard. Positions on it are ordered by how much has been paid for them and by nothing else. There is no measurement, no judging, no verification of any claim implied by the name, and no contest with a prize.
It is entertainment. You are paying to display an account at a position on a public list for as long as nobody pays more. You are not buying a service, an advertisement with guaranteed reach, an investment, a game of chance, or anything with a payout.
Who may use it
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract where you live.
- You must be paying with a payment method you are entitled to use.
- You must not be barred from receiving services under sanctions or other law that applies to us.
What you may list
- An X account that is yours, or one you are authorised by its owner to list. Listing somebody else’s account to mock or expose them is not allowed and will be removed without refund.
- One listing per account. The same account cannot hold two positions.
- Nothing sexual, nothing pornographic, and no adult accounts or links. The site’s name is a joke; its contents are not adult material and will not be allowed to become it.
- Nothing illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing somebody else’s trademark or copyright. No malware, phishing or scam destinations.
- The full house rules, including how ranking works, are on the Rules page and form part of these terms.
Price and payment
Bids are whole US dollars, $2 minimum, in $1 steps. The amount is shown before you confirm and again on the checkout page. Re-bidding a listing you already hold costs only the difference between your current amount and your new one. A takeover costs 2× the current top bid and holds the first page for 3 hours.
Payments are taken by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. They are the seller for the transaction, they appear on your statement, and they handle any tax due on it. Prices are in US dollars; a figure shown in your own currency anywhere on this site is an approximate conversion for information only, and the dollar amount is the one you are charged. Your bank sets its own conversion rate and may add its own fee.
A rank is claimed by a completed payment, never by arriving back on the site. Until the payment provider confirms the money, nothing is public.
What is not guaranteed
Your rank is not permanent, and cannot be. Anyone may outbid you at any moment, including seconds after you pay. Paying more buys a higher position, not a protected one, and no amount buys permanence. Being passed is the risk you are paying to take, and it is not a fault, a failure or grounds for a refund.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that the board will be free of errors, or that any particular level of traffic, attention or click-through will result from a listing. Nothing here is advice of any kind.
What we may do
- Hide or remove any listing that breaks these terms or the Rules, without a refund.
- Refuse or reverse a bid we believe to be fraudulent, automated, or made with a payment method the bidder is not entitled to use.
- Correct the board where a technical fault has misordered it.
- Change the minimum bid, the step, the takeover price or the takeover window. A change never alters what you were already charged.
- Stop operating the site. If we close it down, live takeover windows will be honoured or refunded pro-rata; ordinary ranks, already delivered, will not be.
Your content and ours
You keep whatever rights you have in the account you list. By bidding, you give us permission to display that account’s handle, its public profile image and description, and the amount paid, on this site and in previews of it, for as long as the listing is public. That permission ends when the listing does.
You confirm you are entitled to give that permission. If we receive a credible complaint that a listing infringes somebody’s rights, we may remove it while we look into it.
The site itself — its design, code, text and name — belongs to us and is not yours to copy.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with this site is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or reputational harm arising from a listing or from losing a rank.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
You agree to cover our costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of something you listed — for example, listing an account you had no right to list.
Ending it
You can stop using the site at any time; already-delivered ranks stay as they are, subject to the refund policy. We may suspend your access if you break these terms, and the parts of this agreement that should outlive it — payment records, liability limits, governing law — do.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and a material change will be announced on the site before it takes effect. The terms that applied when you paid are the terms that govern that payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will hear any dispute — except that if you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim wherever your local law entitles you to.
Before going to court, please write to support@worldsbiggestdick.lol. Most disputes here are a misunderstanding about how ranking works, and those are settled in an email.
