One mailbox, read by a person. There is no phone queue and no ticket portal — email is the way to reach us, and it is the fastest route for every kind of request below.

What to write about, and what to include
- A payment or refund. The email or handle you paid with, the account you listed, the amount and the approximate date. See the refund policy for which cases we refund.
- A rank that did not appear. The account, the amount, the time, and the payment reference from your Dodo Payments receipt if you have it.
- A wrong handle. Tell us what it should be. We would rather correct a typo than refund it, and correcting one is free.
- A listing that should not be there. Somebody listed your account without permission, or a listing breaks the Rules. Send the listing and what is wrong with it.
- Your personal data. Access, correction, erasure or a complaint — see Privacy for what we hold and what we can and cannot delete.
How long we take
We acknowledge within 3 working days and answer with a decision and a reason rather than leaving a request open. An approved refund reaches your original payment method within 10 working days of approval.
If a request needs proof — that you control the account, or that the payment was yours — we will ask for it. Without that check, anyone could email us to take down somebody else’s listing.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request — a refund, a takedown, or anything to do with your personal data — reply to our answer saying so, or write to support@worldsbiggestdick.lol with “complaint” in the subject. It is read as a complaint rather than as a new support ticket, and you will get a decision and a reason.
This is also the route for anything the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the Information Technology Act, 2000 entitles you to raise with us. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may take it to the Data Protection Board of India.
Payments
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. They are the seller on your statement and they issue your receipt. If your question is about a card decline, a currency conversion or a bank hold, they are better placed to answer than we are — but write to us anyway and we will point you to the right reference.
