Refunds & Cancellations
In effect from 21 August 2026
A bid is final once the rank is live. This page says why, lists the specific cases where we do refund anyway, and tells you exactly how to ask.
Why bids are final
What you buy here is a position relative to other people. The moment your rank is live, everyone below you has been moved down and everyone deciding what to bid is looking at your number. Unwinding that later does not just refund you — it retroactively changes what other people paid for, some of whom bid specifically to get above you.
So the rule is the honest one rather than the generous-sounding one: the rank is delivered the instant the payment settles, and a delivered rank is not returnable. The exceptions below are the cases where that reasoning does not apply.
Cancelling before you pay
- Close the checkout page, or use its back or cancel control. Nothing is charged and nothing appears on the board. A bid you started and did not pay for is not public and expires by itself.
- There is no fee and no penalty for abandoning a checkout, and you do not need to tell us about it.
When we do refund
- You were charged twice for the same thing. The duplicate is refunded in full. Keep the rank from the first charge.
- The charge was not authorised by you. Someone used your card or account without permission. Refunded in full and the listing removed, once verified with the payment provider.
- You paid and the rank never appeared. If a technical failure on our side means the board never reflected your payment, you choose: we place the rank, or we refund you in full.
- You were charged the wrong amount. If what left your account does not match what the site quoted, the difference is refunded.
- We removed your listing for something that was not your fault. A pro-rata refund. If we removed it for breaking the Rules or the Terms, no refund is due.
- The law requires one. Where a consumer protection or payments rule that applies to you compels a refund, that rule wins over this page.
When we do not
- Somebody outbid you. That is the game. Your rank was live for as long as it was live, and being passed is the thing you were paying to risk. Bid again to go back up — re-bidding an existing listing only costs the difference.
- You changed your mind. A rank is delivered immediately and consumed by being public, so there is no cooling-off period once it is live.
- You bid more than you meant to. The amount is shown on the site and again on the checkout page before you confirm it.
- A takeover ran out. A takeover buys a fixed window, stated before you pay, and it expiring is the product working.
- You listed the wrong account. Write to us instead — a typo in a handle is something we would rather fix than refund, and there is no charge for correcting one.
How to ask
Email support@worldsbiggestdick.lol within 7 days of paying. Include the email address or handle you used, the account you listed, the amount, the approximate date, and which of the cases above you think applies.
We acknowledge within 3 working days and tell you yes or no, with a reason, rather than leaving it open. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record — we cannot send it anywhere else. Expect it to appear within 10 working days of approval; how quickly your bank posts it is up to them.
Refunds are issued in the currency you were charged in. If your bank converted the payment, the amount that lands may differ slightly from the amount that left, because the exchange rate moved in between. That difference is your bank’s, not a partial refund.
What happens to the listing
A refunded bid does not keep its rank. If the refund covers the whole listing, it comes off the board; if it covers a raise, the listing returns to the amount it stood at before. The board is a record of money actually paid, so a refunded amount cannot keep holding a position.
Before you file a chargeback
Please write to us first. A chargeback takes weeks, is decided by your bank rather than by either of us, and we will answer it with the signed payment receipt and the record of the rank being delivered. If one of the cases above applies to you, emailing support@worldsbiggestdick.lol is faster and gets you the same money.
Filing a chargeback on a delivered rank instead of asking is treated as a breach of the Terms, and we may decline future bids from that account.
